Resource Pack

We recommend that you start with this Resource Pack as it gives an introduction and directions on how to use the Doorways meditation lessons. It also contains essence cards for Gorse, Rosa Peace and Nikau. These are to be used for meditation to help raise the awareness of your subtle bodies to their finer aspects. Each has been chosen for their particular properties e.g. Gorse is known for its strength, courage and willingness to go into new places. The essence of Rosa Peace is not so much about peace but courage - courage to move forward and stamina to experience life anew each day. Nikau, with its fronds all pointing up to the sky, gathers its energies and the vibrational patterns from the solar system. 

The Resource Pack contains small (A6) pictures of Gorse, Rosa Peace and Nikau. These small cards are desgined to be easily held whilst meditating with the other cards in the Resource Pack or while meditating with other scripts.
